Link bar graphics disappear when web is downloaded

Hi,
My standard Link Bars in FrontPage 2003 appear and function perfectly until
I download my web to a server. Then they still function perfectly but they
are white with blue text, and there is an X indicating (I believe) that the
GIF image cannot be found.
Any help will be appreciated.

Use the FP publish if the site has the FP SE
- If not you need to "download" all _hidden folder
