Link bar formatting not showing on web page

the link bars show correctly in the normal and preview windows but when it is
posted to the web none of the formatting shows - just the test. What do I
need to do - Using FP 2002
 
How are you uploading the site to the web, and does the live/remote server have the FP extensions?
