lines overlap in report

I have created a large report, which I have set up as follows
Label1: field 1
Label2: field 2
etc
For some reason several text fields overlap lines. It only happens if they
contain 2 or more lines in the text field. The curious thing is that some
text field with the same properties and which have 2 or more lines just grow
and do not overlap with field below. All my fields set up to grow or shrink.
Any idea?

Make sure that the text boxes do not overlap the one below
it, even by a tiny amount.
