Lines/Arrows have disappeared in Powerpoint

Hello

In powerpoint all the lines have disappeared in the org charts that I have
been working on. They show when you highlight the whole page but not in
normal view

The lines show in the left hand side but not on the main screen. I am sure
this is something simple but no idea how to change it

Sounds like you need to lower your hardware acceleration.
