Line wrap

This question has to do with line wrapping a link to a web page.
Why do some wrap and some not wrap?? I check the properties
and the same version of OE is being used.
 
The people that post via the web inferface will have ALL of their links
wrap. Those who use OE really dont have to worry about it, exect when you
are trying to click one of those links.
