I just recently started seeing a vertical line near the center of my monitor. I checked out the monitor and it seems fine. I have rebooted and the line is still there...how do I get rid of the line?

if it's a trinitron tube in your monitor ,it is normal to have a small line
at top and bottom ...also in many laptops there is a distinct seperation
between top and bottom of the screen.

if it JUST started , then you need to take it to a shop for fixing

OP said vertical lline - Trinitron tubes have horizontal line(s) (Tension
wires)

Can you test the monitor on another PC, to determine if it's the monitor or
video card. Be sure to test at the same resolution, color depth, and
refresh rate as your current PC..
