When I try to open add/remove programs in the control
panel, it comes up empty and says,
"An unexpected error occurred. Class not registered
res://appwiz.cpl/listbox.htc
Line: 225

I looked it up on Microsoft's support, found what I
needed, but it's not clear. Can anyone give clearer
instructions? I already clicked on Start, Run, then typed
CMD. At the prompt, I typed REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL. A
dialog box came up and said it was successful. I also ran
a repair on Explorer 6. Any more suggestions? If so,
please speak on my level of incompetance when it comes to
computer lingo. I'm fine with applications, but not with
things concerning the computer registry, etc. Thanks.
Maggie
