Hi,
Is there anyway that I can control/specify the number of
times IE can open up? I would like to do this through the
registry of 2000 pro or use group policies. The only thing
I can find is how to stop another IE opening up from within
existing window . I need to stop multiple IE browsers on
the desktop. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
George

Use a free proxy web filter such as Proxomitron:
http://www.proxomitron.info/

A nearly unlimited number of filters are available for it, e.g.
http://www.geocities.com/u82011729/prox/
Do a Google search for "Proxomitron filters" for lots more.

Once you start customizing your web browsing experience there's
really no going back. Nearly every facet can be controlled.
