I have developed a simple database using access 7 that includes first and
last names and an attachment field. The purpose of this database is to
format a membership picture directory. I am using pictures that are about
1.6 mb in size. I have developed several reports thaat format the output as
a PDF file in several configurations (2x2, 3x3,4,4,and 6x3). When I look at
the pdf file for the 4x4 and 6x3 reports, I do not get pictures appearing
after the 14th picture. It is obviously a size limitation, but where is the
limit, Is it a PDF file limit, a report limit or what? I currently have
21 entries in my test database. On page 1 I get 14 pictures and then 4
entries where only names show up, the second page is all normal. If I
replace all the pictures with pictures of a smaller size, (150 kb) everything
works properly.

Any ideas.

"a PDF file can get as large as 10 Gb"

It appears that it is not a PDF file limit. In fact, I feel fairly
confident that I can put many more than 21 pictures of that memory size
on a PDF page without any loss of resolution.

perhaps try printing to pdf with something like win2pdf. If it doesn't work
ask the guys at win2pdf and they can probably tell you the reason.
