Limiting users from disabling the auto update

Is there a way to limit a user from disabling the auto
update feature?

I understand you can have it set to where only the
administrator can do the update, but I like to set the
client up where it will auto update and not allow the
user to disable it.

Possibly in the Group Policy Editor, only available in XP Pro.
