Limiting IE to One Window

Hi.

Is there a way of limiting the occurence of IE to one on
my PC .. ie. if I click the IE icon again it re-activtes a
minimised window rather than opening a fresh one?

Yes, there is. Clear (deselect) the check box for "Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts" on the Advanced tab of the Internet Options dialog box
(Tools > Internet Options).
