Limiting Folder Size?

Is it possible to limit the size of a shared folder?
I have set up a "Public Folder" on a client's network to cut down on
the amount of email from user to user. I would like to limit the size
to force users to clean it up regularly.
I have looked through Group Policies but have not been able to find
anything.
Please can someone help?

Not natively. Built in quotas apply to the entire volume, not folders.
You can use 3rd party software to accomplish what you are looking to do.

Go to Google and type "freeware shareware limit folder size"
You might find something in there for free or a token amount given the tremendous amount of
time and love they put into producing software.
