Limiting Childrens Access

I would like to limit the access that my children have to
the internet, but I would like my wife and I to be
unlimited. Can I keep users from accessing programs with
XP Professional? If so how?
 
try making a limited user account for them.
start -> control panel -> user accounts -> create a new
account.
