hello,

to make it short: I would like not to see this message "Limited Virtual
Memory [..]" when I boot a computer with *no* swap file. is it possible..?

I've read posts on groups and infos on Microsoft KB, but found nothing
except obvious solution of setting swap file size to some value. this
message appears during boot up time, pauses computer for a few minutes
and then dissapears and system boots further. maybe is it possible to
minimize this waiting time for user clicking "OK" by manipulating
registry or somewhere else..?

I would appreciate any help, suggestion or explanation,
regards,
mirek

thanks don, but that's not that case.. I don't want to set up *any* swap
file. I just would like to get rid of this annoying message, that
appears during boot up time and then disappears within a few minutes,
and doesn't change anything.. or another message that informs about
increasing virtual memory and requires one just to confirm.
