Limited users not able to open HP Director

I am using XP Pro and have only one user with
administrator access and three users with Limited access.
The users with Limited access cannot open HP Director.
This is what comes back:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
Program: ...mFiles\HPDigital Imaging\bin\hpqdirec.exe
Abnormal Program Termination

Is there a way to let Limited users open the HP Director?
