Limited users in XP Home can't delete faxes

Is there any way to permit limited users to delete faxes
in the fax console running on Win XP Home Edition? I
don't want to grant the user computer administrator level
access just to delete faxes.
 
You can set permissions on the fax printer in 'Printers
and Faxes' folder. Specifically you can give 'Manage
config' related rights to the set of users whom you want
to be able to delete the faxes
