I try to log on to windows , i'm the administer user but my child log on ,
now is ipossible acces to my account andmisnter ) only my child can use the
computer and I can't open any file
 
What happens when you try to access the administrator account? Please be
specific, error messages, responses, etc. all help to diagnose the problem.
