I just started having the exact problem about a week ago. Can't figure it out. How about some help Microsoft
Everybody can print if I give them Admin Privledges but if I switch them back to limited users they lose their ability to print
Like I said this just started lately until then everything was fine
I'll keep checking back here and hopefully someone will solve this mystery.
Go to your printer in contol panel/ printers and other hardware/ printers and faxes. Right click your printer, go to properties/ advanced and click the button for "print directly to the printer". Worked for me, takes longer to print than the other setting, but I can print from limited accounts. ( Found this in newsgroups/ Windows XP Printing and Fax)
