Limited User Account unable to access Internet

About a year ago I created an account that was type
Limited. Both the administrator and limited accounts
could access the internet up until a week ago. Now only
the admin account can get on the internet. When I try to
access the internet through the limited account, I
receive the error that the page could not be found. I
even created a new Limited account and it to can not
access the internet. The only recent change I made was
an upgrade to the latest version of Itunes. I had Itunes
before and internet access was not a problem for either
account. Any idea why this is happening?

Suggestions:

For most users this works:

Lan Settings - Proxy Server - Disable (Line 253)

Manual: IE/Tools/Internet Options/Connections/Lan Settings. Uncheck Use a
proxy server.....

Rename your hosts file: Go to: Windows\System32\DRIVERS\etc.
