Limited to 10 Simultanious Connections

Excuse my ignorance, but I was just wondering if 10
simultanious connections to a Windows 2000 Pro is Max.. I
was thinking along the lines of a small Web Server, has
anybody or could anybody Tweak this or will OS be
overwhelmed. This would also not be like ten uploads,
FTP a mixer of light to none as far as that goes, I can
get or am capable of 5MB down and 640 upload at present.
I have 2 static Ip Addresses.

As with all MS Operating Systems except the "server" versions, only 10
concurrent connections allowed. I think XP home allows even less.
