Limited Connectivity

Some of us are experiencing similar problems especially when connecting to
the internet and have to diagnose and repair or renew ip to get it to work,
on you network adaptors properties under tcpip, take the tick from out of the
box for tcpip v6 and it might solve your problem.

My adapter is uLi M526X....
It just can obtain limited connectvity after every restart
so everytime i need to enable and disable network components in order to try
to make it working
Does my network adapter have problem, or M$ vista's probleem?
