limited cd space

Several people on newsgroups have reported that they find that, if only one
short music file is put on a CD using MediaPlayer, no additional music
files can be put on it. I have found this to be the case, too.

This is very wasteful of disc space and annoying.

Any ideas why MediaPlayer does it this way? Do other cd music programs do
it the same way? Or, does going to another program (such as Nero, CD
Creator, etc) overcome that problem for us? Or, is it an operator problem?

It's caused by faulty software. Use Nero and you won't have any problems.

Sorry, but I don't really understand the question. You can normally add up to
80 minutes of music files to a disc, and can continue to do so until the disc is
"finalized".
