Limited accounts

When logged on under a limited account that person can
not gain access to the Internet. Can anyone tell me how
to fix this?
 
If you have special software installed from your ISP, try temporarily
changing the limited account to Administrator, install the software in that
account, then change it back to limited and see if the limited account can
access the Internet. If this is the issue and the above doesn't resolve it,
you'll need to contact your ISP for information on how to setup their
software in a multi-user environment.
