Stef,
To what PC are the USB pens attached?
To which PC /PC's are the USP printers attached?
To which PC /PC's are the USP scanners attached?
Have you defined all the disks as "Shared"? If so then
look at the respective "Share,Security tab" and
remove "Everybody". Substitute with the groups or
individuals you want to have access.

Another method would be to hang all the hardware you
want "Everybody" to access on a special PC with a lot of
USB hubs. Share it all on that PC. It would not take a
server for that either.

For security reasons I would like to prevent the access
from all Client to the USB pens (disks). But some Client
use USB printers or scanner. Can I prevent the access to
the USB pens and allow at the same time the use of
printers and USB scanner?
At this time all USB ports are disabled (on local, from
Device Manager-Disable USB) but this prevent the use also
to the USB printers and scanners.
My clients are running under W2K and the Domain
Controller works under W2K Advanced Server.

From what I understand you want to remove the use of usb pens on the client pc's, right?! In Windows 2K and above there is a built in driver for USB pen devices. I have never tried it.. but limit access or delete the driver windows uses to load USB pens. This should work when considering that your users do not have administrative rights on the workstations and cannot therefore load the drivers again
Cant see why it shouldnt work.
