limit to length of selection for chart

I am making a chart out of many named cells. The field that the chart wizard
uses for selecting cells for a chart has a length limit, and because my
cells have long names, I can only select six cells for a chart. Is there a
workaround for this?

You could link all the named cells to a range of contiguous cells, then
create the chart from that range.

Or, select all the named cells, and give this range a name. Use that
name when you create the chart.
