I've seen the postings about this and just want to make sure I'm
clear... Under Windows NT and Windows 2000, you must use a third
party tool on the terminal server in order to limit clients to one
session. In Windows 2003, this functionality can be used on the
terminal server.
But is the active directory setting that can be used only valid with
Windows 2003 or can it be used with Windows 2000 as well? It can be
found in Windows 2000 AD, under User Configuration | Administrative
Templates | Windows Components | Terminal Services - "Limit users to
one remote session".
If this is enabled in Windows 2000 Active Directory, does it not work?
Will it work only with Windows 2003 - and do your domain controllers
need to be running Windows 2003 as well or can only the terminal
server be a Windows 2003 server?
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you!
