Limit one user per session

Is it possible to limit the user to establish only one
session. If he wants to log on on the another computer he
must do the log off on the another.

Have a look at the CConnect.exe tool in the Windows 2000 Resource Kit. Here
are some details on what it can do:

That's not the only way to limit the number of logons
(http://www.jsiinc.com/SUBA/tip0200/rh0296.htm for example), but CConnect
seems to be the most flexable.
