Is there a limit for the number of cells you are able to
select in Excel. I have a massive spreadsheet and am
trying to add a large number of cells that are not
consecutive and therefore, I can not select them by row
or column. I have to select each cell individually to
add, but once I reach a certain point, it will not allow
me to select anymore. Is there a limit of the number of
cells you are able to select and add? If so, is there a
way around this?
Thanks!

Hi
if you just enter a formula like
=A1 + C3 + D4 + ... + D10
you're only limited by the maximum length of a formula (1024
characters)

But most functions only accept 30 paramaters (e.g. AVERAGE, etc.)
you may post your formula which causes a problem
