Hi, i have a copy of Windows Vista Business Version from someone who has a
Licenses for MSDN, and i was wondering what the amount of times you can
activate the copy of Vista remember that it is an MSDN licenses, NOT the one
you can buy in the store

If it is a beta, there will be both a time limit (dead date) and activation
limit (I believe it is 5.)
Non-beta activation limit is typically by product which for Vista, I believe
is 5.
Vista SP1 has a KMS activation time limit of 180 days.
It reactivates every 30 days resulting in 5 activations + 30 days before RFM
kicks in.
Non-activation gives 30 days use which can be extended up to 3 times for a
total of 120 days.

Software licenses obtained from a MSDN subscription can
only be used by the MSDN subscriber. They cannot be sold,
given away, or used by another individual or party.

You need your own product key, not your friends MSDN one. You can either
subscribe to MSDN yourself or purchase a retail product key. I suggest that
you return the item to your friend with a polite thank you, but no thank
you, and provide for your own copy of Vista.
