Yes, sort of. Or allow the file to be played only three times, then a
message stating that you have exceeded the maximum number of viewing times.
Sort of to keep people returning to a site to download again and again. I
have seen this on mpeg files. Probably too advanced for a program that is
free.
Video files like MPEG videos don't contain anything that would control how
someone views it. It would break the standard format.
It was either a server side stream or a DRManaged file.
