Limit computer usage for kids

Hello,
A friend of mine has windows xp home, and is using SafeEyes to limit
internet usage for her kids.
Is there a product that will limit the actual computer usage itself? I
believe she has set up the kids accounts as limited accounts. And she
wants something that will allow her to set daily usage limits for the
computer, not just the internet.

She would need something easy to use, and that can set different total
times for different users, not just certain blocks of time. I.e.,
rather than child 1 gets it from 2-4 and child 2 gets it from 4-6, she
would like to allow child 1 two totals hours, and child 2 two total
hours, or whatever she decides.

Any proggy like this exist? (or do you need more info and what she
needs?)

If you R.click the hd (C:) in my computer,select properties,select QUOTA
You can limit the use of the pc....
 
Sorry Andrew, you are about as wrong as you can get.
Please read what it says on the screen.
This sets a quota on the hard drive space a user can fill, nothing more.
Nothing there even suggests anything that will limit time on the computer.

No. That only limits how much space a drive can be used for.
