Liking excel to word

I have pasted links into an excel document. When I print
the document the spreadsheet resizes itself and spoils the
look of the document.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

i've given up on linking in word or powerpoint... it
always screws up... i bring it in as a picture and format
the picture to anchor... then there is no problem
