Hello NG-
Does anyone know where to find 16 or 18 lb - 8.5" x 11" paper? I
have some bigger jobs where something more lightweight than 20 lb would
be optimal.
In searching the internet, I'm finding that no one sells it, but a
lot of office printers seem to be able to handle it. Does anyone have
the scoop on this?

I've seen 9lb paper about [onion skin]. To be honest i've never used
anything so light since the days of the dot matrix printer... but I've
seen 9lb pass through a dell/lexmark cheepo printer and work soso.

Typically, the designing and calibration of laser printer is based o
70 ~ 80gsm. When you use lightweight paper, the potential risk is th
negative polarity of OPC drum will become positive polarity afte
continuous printing and toner can not be transferred to paper. B
