I saw this video of light emitting t-shirts, and I thought it was an April fools day joke at first:


Turns out, it's actually real!

I'm not sure what use it will be yet, but very clever nonetheless :)
 
That is very clever,:nod: but I think I'd feel like a glow worm if I wore one of those :D

I saw something like that on t.v. I think it said that the possibility of very thin T.V. screens,or even a mobile phone printed onto your jacket sleeve.Just how that one will work goodness knows.I wonder where the power comes from.
I suppose power could come from the movement of the body as one walks for example.

Good thought - particularly for country-dwellers like some of my in-laws, where there is little in the way of street lighting. It would be good if it could be put into dog-jackets too, so that pooches could be seen when they're being taken for walkies (again thinking country lanes, rather than in cities.)

I think the super thin tv screens are the OLCD? O is for organic, about 2mm thick.
