Does anybody know when LifeCam software bundled with drivers is gonna be
available? I spend tow hours to make my brand-new NX-6000 webcam "work" in
Vista with XP drivers, and the result isn't that good...
It started with "come back in december", now it's "come back in January".
Could anyone be more precise?

Thanx

The VX 6000 works fine with windows Vista drivers, I would think the NX
would as well...

Other than that, no one here can be more specific as to when mew drivers
will be released.
My guess would be before public availability of Vista later this month.

Where are the vista drivers that you are talking about? I am running Vista
x64 RTM and is quite interested in getting some drivers for my VX6000.......

64bit XP and Vista are not the best solutions for the average user.. they
are aimed at business.. as a result, some hardware will NEVER have drivers
written because the item is not deemed as something that would be used in a
business environment.. in the case of the Livecam, you will just have to
wait and see, or run an OS that has native support..

I'm running RC2 x64, Vista installed the drivers it had for my VX-6000 and
then asked for the CD for the USB Camera drivers. I gave it the CD with
LifeCam 1.1 on it and it installed the remaining drivers. I haven't been
able to use it a lot but as far as I can tell it's all working.

Make sure your connections are good.
There is also the possibility the camera is bad.

Can you try the camera on another computer?
It does not have to have Vista as long as the OS is supported by the camera.
