Why does the licensing service keep assigning licenses to
deleted active directory accounts?
This causes the server to report it's out of licenses and
then starts to refuse connections to legitimate users
until I manually revolk and delete the licenses assigned
to non existant accounts. This manual clean up only
resolves the problem temporarily, it keeps reoccurring.
