Licensing server

Dear There;
We're using citrix metaframe to publish an apllication for
remote users; we did an upgrade for our primary domain
controller(PDC) from NT4.0 to win2000; after that we
couldn't add a new citrix clients. and many logs indicate
that the licensing server must be the DC. ( Already the
terminal services installed on the citrix server); but
when click on the TS licensing it displays that no license
serve found???
Please Advise in details (If documents appended; it would
be better)

In a 2000 domain you must have the TS Licensing component installed on a DC
for the normal discovery process to take place.
