licensing required for distributing MDB file

Does microsoft require any licensing for distributing a MDB file to a system
that does not have access installed? I have an app developed in .NET only
uses the table structure and references in the MDB file - not the queries,
forms, reports, etc..

No license is required to distribute the .mdb file - only the Access
program or its components. If you are using the .mdb file as a data
repository with your own software to connect to the data, you're in
the clear.
