Licensing Apps in TS

This may be a silly question but.

If I set up a W2K server running Terminal Services
50 people will be accessing the TS and using Microsoft Offic
I buy 50 W2K CALs and 50 TS CAL
How many MS Office licenses do I buy

Not silly at all, licensing can be very confusing.
You will need a Office license for every workstation (not user) that
connects to the TS and runs Office (total number, not concurrent).
