LicenseService Error

Hi,
There is below error in system log:
Event Type : Error
Event Sourve : LicenseService
Event Category : None
Event ID : 202
Description : The product Windows Server is out of license.
Use License Manager from the Administrative Tools folder
for more information on whitch users are out of compliance
and how many licenses should be purchased.

1- Is it seriouse error?What happens if I forget it?
2- I saw some statistic information in
Administrative tools -> Licensing in server browser tab
for my main server,windows server licensing is per server
and 100 purchases and for other servers is 90 ,but we have
only 70 users,by these information how can I fix this
problem?

The License Logging service can cause client disconnects:

The License Logging service (Client Access Licenses) on Windows Server is
not enforced, and we typically advise to disable the License Logging service
to clear up issues in regards to Client Access License failures. You can
choose to use License Logging to keep track of your Windows 2000 Cals
internally , however if a company were to be audited it would be based on
physical licenses and actual product.
