Yes, but it doesn't save you very much, it would probably be less expensive
to purchase another copy of XP at retail. If you have the setup disk for
the operating system currently on the other computer and it was a retail
version as opposed to an OEM recovery disk, you could purchase an upgrade
version of XP and do a clean install on that system by simply inserting the
previous operating system CD in the drive when requested during setup.
