License Question

At a school we have Licenses for office 2000 that has
access in it. One shop uses the Office 2000 but doesn't
use Access. Can we use the Access in a different shop that
needs it or will the license not allow this?
 
To be sure, look for a document named 'EULA' in your Office folder, the
details are in there. But my understanding is that, no, the licence treats
Office as an indivisible unit.
