License Key Generator

I have an app that I would like protected by using a simple License Key
generator. Something that can derive a number from the hard drive serial
number for example. I don't need anything complicated. I'm not much for
math...so don't suggest I write an Algorithm.

If someone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated

CodeProject.Com is always a great place to start. A simple search for
"Licence Key" gave my the following article:

http://www.codeproject.com/install/LicenseKeyGeneration.asp

There are more in the search results if the above doesn't do what you
needed.
