I'm using Windows 2000, and a 5 user terminal server
install on it. All SP and patches applied to server. We
use the tsweb application for our remote users.

Our user licenses are expiring and they are not grabbing a
new license. Now those users can not access the tsweb, it
says that their license has expired. How do I issue them
new licenses and not make them temporary licenses?

Thanks,

Tom

They may have got a license before patches were applied.
Just delete the MSLicensing registry key on these users' PC and they will be
able to logon again and a new temporary license (that should become
permanent later) will be issued.

Do you have a TS Licensing Server installed and activated?
Have you verified that the TS can locate the LS?
Which EventIDs do you get in the EventLog?

I have this same problem. Can someone tell me what is the
keyname that must be deleted on the logon user's machine?
We have Win2k, Win98, and WinXP Pro workstation users.
