License error

Greetings,

I have installed Access 97 from the Office 97 installation CD onto my
Windows NT 4.0 SP6a machine. The installation said it was successful, but
when I try to run Access I get the following error. "Microsoft Access cant
start because there is no license for it on this machine." Anybody know how
to correct this?
