Licence

I am in the process of downloading music to a CD and while some records have
copied some have not and the reason being i need a licence to do this. Can
anyone help me where i can get a licence from

You typically get a license from a music vendor at the time of sale. If
you are just copying random pieces from someone then you don't get their
licenses.
