Licence Manager

Hey all,

Recently had a look through my 7 DCs at the licences attached to them, I
found that while I had enough licences in general on some servers I had
exceded the limit.
IE 100 Per Seat Purchased 125 Allocated.

Thats fine I went in and revoked any licence not in use in the last 6 months
but shouldn't I be able to enable some sort licence scavage for the domain?
So any client not logged in the last year say that it automatically revokes
the licence?

Another thing I found strange was that on my "main" DC I had say 500
licences but with only 60 in use, while on other DCs I could have 60 licences
with 75 in use.
Shouldnt licence information be replicated? or have one repository?

Any ideas
 
Also Does manually revoking a licence have a Negative effect on anything?

License logging service does not work as expected. I always stop and disable
it and keep track of the licenses manually as if in per seat mode.
