Hi,

I notice some Lian Li Aluminum Case PC60 comes with top fan and some don't.

Can someone please explain?

And what are the differences between PC60 and PC69?

the newer PC60s all have the top fan, no one has the older version anymore
even if that's what appears on their site.

you mighte be able to modify the rear fan to take a 120mm but certainly not
the 2 front fans. your better off with the 80s anyway. it much easier to
find 80mm fans and theyre available in much greater variety.
