LF Task Manager replacement

I'm looking for a replacement for the Windows 2000 Task Manager. When I
look at the list of active processes in the Task Manager that comes with
W2K, I get just a list of processes. What I'd like is a list of
porcesses with an indication of which programs initiated each process.
Does such a program exist?
