LF: DVD menu creator

I am looking for a freeware (if there are any available) program that can
create a menu for multiple titles (vob files) in one DVD that I can switch
between
tittle for viewing.

I will use DVD Shrink to rip just movie title from each DVD, and then
combine them with menu and reauthor into one DVD. Any help would be great.

You must use a DVD authoring program to create a menu
